Ceylon Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is a company registered under the laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and also has a foreign office based in Singapore registered under the laws and regulation of the Republic of Singapore. The sole purpose of CEDC is to help Sri Lanka develop economically. The company shall identify potential growth areas in Sri Lanka and help it to promote these areas, by bringing in International Expertise, Management and Funding to quickly bring these areas up to the with International markets. In promoting these areas, our company shall actively source for potential takeover candidates to be injected into our listed companies; help it grow with injections of international Expertise and Funds. Ceylon Economic Development Corporation is in a Strategic Partnership with China Western Power Industrial Co., Ltd. （Abbreviation: CWPC, Stock Code: 002630）is the base of research & development, manufacture, and export in China for large-scale power plant boiler, special-type boiler and power station auxiliary equipment. CWPC is also a professional supplier of system solutions for power equipment.

CWPC covers an area of 420,000 square meters, which includes a manufacturing and construction area of 250,000 square meters. CWPC establishes R & D, a manufacturing base for energy conservation and environmental protection boiler, a technical & marketing center, and equips more than 1000 sets of various processing equipment. CWPC owns ASME “S” Stamp (power boiler)， ASME “U” Stamp (pressure vessel), an A-class boiler manufacturing license, a pressure vessel manufacturing license (A1, A2), and ISO9001 quality management system certification. There are nearly 2000 employees, which include more than 800 professionals who can provide you with technical services.

Our company, Ceylon Economic Development Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, appointed agent of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd.(CRBG), along with China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd.(CRBG) as able to finance 100% Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

CRBG is a central enterprise subordinated to China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, which is among the Fortune Global 500. The registered capital reaches RMB 3 billion yuan and the annual construction capacity amounts to RMB 60 billion yuan.

CRBG has sufficient capacity to build Highways and has experience in constructing over 200 Highways, totaling 5000km in total. The company has won nearly 20 national awards and over 100 provincial awards and ministerial quality engineering awards for Highway construction. CRBG is also specialized in Bridge construction and has undertaken over 1300 km of bridge works.

Ceylon Economic Development Corporation is in a Strategic Partnership with Sichuan Xin Jin Di Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Xin Jindi” was founded in Zigong, Sichuan in May 2005, which predecessor is Sichuan Oriental Holy Land Real Estate Co., Ltd. Under the leading of the executive director and general manager Mr. Liu Xijiang, Xin Jindi is growing up gradually and has formed a multiple management pattern of real estate development, project construction and property management as three business parts.

In response to the national call of “ One Belt and One Road”, Xin Jindi is marching into overseas markets such as India, Pakistan and Uganda with its brother company China Western Power Industrial Co., Ltd.

Founded in 1953, China United Engineering Corporation (CUC) is an independent state company and an utmost subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, a company being listed in Fortune Global Top 500. CUC provides customers with a package of professional service in the way of “EPC” in a variety of industrial and civil works, including industrial plants with production lines, power plants, environmental works, building works, municipal facilities, roads and bridges, power transmission projects and customized industrial equipment etc. CUC, with an annual turnover of 2.5 billion USD in 2013, proudly boasts more than 10,000 engineering works it has completed in the last 60 years, among which more than 100 works are scattered in more than 40 foreign countries all over the world, including Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Uganda, Djibouti and Colombia etc.

Ceylon Economic Development Corporation is in a Strategic Alliance with The Thai Olympic Fibre-Cement Co. Ltd known through trademark as ''SHERA''. The company is based in Thailand and has been established for over 30 years and is one of the largest manufacturers of fibre cement boards, siding and roofing and concrete roof tiles in Asia, under the trademark SHERA. It's environmentally friendly building products are widely known and available throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa and more recently Europe. SHERA’s cutting edge production technology, distribution networks, marketing strategies and client services are enjoyed by it's clients on a worldwide basis. SHERA continuously tries to improve itself through technology and human resources in the constantly changing business world to ensure progress, innovation and leadership position in the marketplace. Innovation is critical to maintaining a leading position in the fiber cement industry. The hub of the SHERA operations is in Bangkok, Thailand. Situated within easy access to the major domestic transportation routes as well as the new international airport, its headquarters contains the following key elements of the organization: Domestic and International Sales Teams, Marketing Team, Finance & Accounts, Information Technology (IT), and Senior Management. SHERA has five manufacturing plants around Thailand. The Lopburi plant is the largest of the domestic plants and the sheer size and activity of the operation leave a lasting impression on visitors. Situated in Lopburi, a province in the central region of Thailand approximately 154 kilometers north of Bangkok, this site alone covers 190,000 square meters and employs over 1,200 people. The manufacturing process which utilizes state-of-the-art machinery and hi-tech, green technology takes place in the interior of the plant. The manufacture process for both the Concrete Roof Tile (CRT) and Fibre Cement (FC) products is completely automated and controlled by an SAP supply chain management system, which is staffed and maintained in a centralized IT center in the heart of the plant.
